Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep ourline community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.



Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and business partners.



As a Wellbeing Site Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs of our employees at a customized site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with the key site managers and regional leads.



Candidates should have a solid background in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing, and have an active mental health license to practice. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders are also essential.



Role and Responsibilities:

- Staff well-being program initiatives, participation rates, and report site health.

- Set and monitor productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site support.

- Build deep knowledge expertise at site level to recommend effective wellbeing programming interventions, customized to cultural and business needs.

- Provide psychoeducational training surrounding mental health to the site.

- Organize in collaboration with the local wellness ambassadors / HRs to promote well-being via evidenced-based initiatives.

- Ensure compliance to local legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety.


 


 


[지원자격]


Essential:

- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field.

- Full unrestricted license to practice. You may holde of followings.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

심리치료사 자격증

심리상담사 자격증

임상심리사 자격증

관련 전담 간호사 자격증

- 2+ years’ experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.

- Experience providing consultancy complex topics to a range of stakeholders.

- Strong working knowledge of Operations metrics and structure.

- Willingness to travel (approximately 10% post-COVID).

- Working proficiency in both English and Korean.
