[업무내용]
1. Sales Report
- Prepare regular daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
- Prepare various sales reports for Mulberry UK(HQ)
- Monitor and review performance of stores
- Support quarterly budgeting and forecasting
- Support monthly sales target setting and objectives of stores
2. Store Support
- Follow up all store’s requirements in timely manner
- Manage stores with retail manager
- Handle customer’s complaints with stores
- Manage policies and repairs of defective products
- Consolidate product tag replacement requests from stores
- Cross-check and consolidate all stores expense documents
- Review and approve office supply expenses from stores
- Provide support for store IT issues and setup
3. Uniform
- Manage store uniforms of all staff
- Order name cards and business cards
- Monitor and manage uniform inventory
- Train Mulberry grooming guide.
- Monthly expense settlement by stores
4. Training
- Hold orientation sessions toboard new hires
- Hold leadership training sessions for store staff
- Proofread various training materials with HQ before releasing them officially
- Check each staff’s completion status per session and report to HQ
5. Consumables
- Handle and ship consumable orders from stores
- Replenish and manage consumable inventory
- Handle monthly expense settlement of stores
- Forecast consumable inventory by SKU
- Vet and source vendors
6. Operational Work
- Manage logistics including expenses, customs clearance, invoicing, and account balancing
- Sending out promotional MMS messages for CRM activities
- Arrange and prepare meetings led by Retail team
- Support and set up store openings, closures, and relocations
