[업무내용]
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo.
You will be part of the Global Employer Branding Strategy team, focused APAC regions. The team is responsible for EVP (Employee Value Propositions) strategy and governance, creative management and governance, EB(Employer Brand) related PR/Comms, etc. Regional strategy teams serve as frontline support and collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners, the business, and regional cross-functional partners.
[About the role]
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized employer branding intern to assist in constructing a standard work system for implementing regional GTM (go-to-market) strategies and recruitment marketing programs to strengthen our employer brand reputation in the market. You will support developing recruitment marketing toolkits for employees and HR/TA teams. To assist our global employer branding strategy team members, you will need to define the procedure for new or common work practices. This will include designing documents and deliverables that can optimize the process. You will work closely with the team members sitting in Singapore, the US, and Europe.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop and manage digital libraries/repositories for different teams or projects within the EB team that include all data fromline publications to social media post links that can help understand the function, structure, and highlights of each team or project.
- Enable our colleagues to become brand ambassadors by providing them with tools for social amplification of news or content materials that can promote a positive brand image or recruitment.
- Develop documents that can introduce stakeholders to newly proposed events or projects and educate them the background, objective, and specific plans regarding each event or project.
- Frequently communicate with global and local teams to verify their needs or wants for defining a work procedure and sharing the procedure with a larger group of employees.
- Partner with our Content & Digital team to produce deliverables for regional and local brand initiatives.

- Experienced/Interested in marketing, communications, branding, recruitment marketing, employer branding or a related field.
- Strong English writing skills
- Highly organized with a track record in data collection and project management.
- Critical thinker who can set the bigger layout for any team or project and pay attention to detail at the same time.
- Content creation experience will be a good plus
- Natural collaborator and strong communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues across our global team.
- Experience working in an administrative position in a professional environment will be a plus.
- Fluent English in both spoken and written. Additional languages such as Korean and Japanese will be a big plus.
- Commitment: 6 months full time ideally, part time (3 days/week) minimally.
