- Support to build effective commercial strategies & plans to improve the efficiency and performance of Field Force

- Support to build up metric framework, measure business operation and provide a clear guideline for Field Force visits and activities

- Manage and develop reports/dashboards for monthly performance review

- Communicate with stakeholders including DSO ensuring all commercial plans are aligned and executed

 

 

• < >- Previous working experience in FMCG industry is a plus- Previous experience with BI tool (Power BI/Qlik) is a plus- Proficiency in MS products with focus Excel and Power Point- Fluency in Korean and English- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
