[업무내용]
What will you do?
- [Understand FMCG retailers and the retail environment]
- - Understand trade needs across all levels in the outlet (Owner, decision maker, manager and shopper facing staff)
 - - Understand retail business to develop trade related insights (e.g. current issues in retail industry, new tools/trend, new regulation, other outlet's success case etc)
 
 - [Trade engagement program development]
- - Develop appropriate programs to drive relationship with retailers and enhance affinity for JTI brands.
 - - Develop, produce and distribute all required materials for trade engagement initiatives in conjunction with brand activation team and relevant functions
 
 - [Trade Engagement Measurement]
- - Define evaluation metrics (short/long term KPIs) for trade engagement activities
- Short term KPI: Program effectiveness & ROI
 - Mid/Long term KPI: Trade funnel to measure progress and adjust strategy when required
 
 - - Regularly evaluate trade programs effectiveness : Short term KPI - quarterly, Trade funnel - yearly
 
 - - Define evaluation metrics (short/long term KPIs) for trade engagement activities
 - [Project management] 
- - Manages all internal administrative and approval processes related to the role & initiatives.
 - - Responsible for managing all processes related to the function budget and for maintaining the budget account.
 - - Work closely with all internal stakeholders to maximize seamless collaboration, reduce duplication of work and create synergy
 
 
- - Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG trade marketing
 - - Experience in B2B promotion is a big advantage
 - - Understanding and experience in CRM applicable to both of OFF LINE & ON LINE channels preferred
 - - High standard of university degree (required), major in Business, Marketing or other relevant discipline preferred
 - - Excellent written and spoken English and native Korean proficiency
 - - Excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - - Strong business acumen and strategic understanding of Sales and Trade Marketing in FMCG / Retail or equivalent industry
 - - Creative yet analytical & practical thinking with result driven attitude
 - - Excellent organizational skills with strong problem solving ability
 - - Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and positive working relationship at all organizational levels and with team members
 - - Excellent time management skills
